Shenandoah River Outiffers's Speciality--All day canoeing ending with a charcoal cooked steak and chicken dinner is one of the most popular way to enjoy the Shenandoah River. The outing begins in the morning on the river which flows between the Blue Ridge and Massanutten Mountains and though the George Washington National Forest. A riverside lunch prepared and served by the Outfitter's staff quells any mid-day hunger. The feast includes charcoal cooked hamburgers with all the trimmings. The trip's finale is the all-you-care-to-eat steak dinner, cooked over an open fire, in the Outfitter's open-air Pavilion. (Let us know if you have any vegetarians in your group.)
